What should I wear?

Answer

For the welcome party on Friday the dress code is Dressy Casual. Men: slacks and a collared shirt. Women: summer dresses, skirts, or slacks and a dressy top. For the wedding on Saturday the dress code is Summer Formal Attire - We want to see you feeling your best but believe a warm July day will be too hot for Black Tie. Men: Suits. Women: Long or Tea length dresses. Midwestern summers are warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony. We will provide sunscreen and bug spray to keep guests comfortable.

Do I have a plus one?

If your plus one has been included in our guest count, their name will have been listed on your invitation and will be online when you RSVP.

Due to space limitations, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult only event. Thanks for understanding!

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! There is a block under "Abbey and Jack Wedding" at the Holiday Inn in Rice Lake. Feel free to also explore AirBnB or Tagalong Resort as great options near by.

What is the best way to get to and from the venue?

Flying into MSP airport and renting a car or driving is the best way to get to Stout's Island.

Can I bring food/drinks on the island?

Answer

Food and non-alcoholic beverages can be brought on the island but should only be consumed inside cabins. Please do not bring alcohol onto the island.
