Wedding Attire

What time should we arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm to avoid wedding ceremony interruption.

Indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside. If the forecast is calling for rain the ceremony will be held in the chapel. The reception will be indoors.

Will there be a seating chart for the reception?

Answer

There will be a seating/table chart. The table chart will be located at the entrance of the reception. We will try to keep families together; however, each table seats 8 people.

Social Hour

Immediately following the wedding ceremony there will be hor d’ oeuvres and beverages.

Answer

A buffet style dinner will be served around 6:15pm. Menu: Grilled Chicken Loaded Mashed Potatoes Green Beans Garden Salad with a variety of dressings Beverages: Tea, coffee, lemonade, water, beer and ciders. Non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice for toasts.

There will be tea, lemonade, water and coffee. Beer and ciders will also be served. In addition, non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice will also be served for toasts. NO liquor permitted at the venue.

Bring your dancing shoes! There will be dancing following dinner.

Parking

Answer

When arriving at the venue, please follow the graveled road to the back of the large, white building/barn. There is a graveled parking area there. Please park in this area only. Please do not block the drive. Please do not pull/park beside the house.

Why is it so important to RSVP by September 1, 2025?

Answer

It really is important to RSVP as soon as you can but definitely by September 1st. We have to give our final people count to the caterer soon after the RSVP deadline. We will be making a table seating chart (assigned tables) for our RSVP guests. If you don’t RSVP by the deadline we assume you will not be attending and we will miss you!

Are we allowed to bring an extra guest?

Answer

Unfortunately due to venue size, only those that have been invited, including plus ones that were invited can attend. Please write your invited plus one on your RSVP card for our table chart.

Question

Any outdoors activities during social hour?

Answer

Yes! There will be Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four and Cornhole. Just pay attention so you don’t miss their reception entrance.
