To RSVP, please click on the "RSVP" tab on our website. Enter your name, and you'll be prompted to confirm your attendance for yourself or for all the members of your party who are invited. We kindly ask that each guest RSVP, indicating whether you'll be attending both the ceremony and reception, or just the reception. Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP as well. The ceremony and reception details are noted below, both places offer parking if you wish to drive or there are plenty of taxi's in the area that can transport you. Ceremony will be held at the Idylwylde Golf & Country Club starting at 4:00PM. Address: 400 Walford Rd, Sudbury, ON P3E 2G9 Reception will be held at the Caruso Club. We will be having a cocktail hour here starting at 5:00PM. The address is 385 Haig St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3C 1C5.
Think garden party but make it a little fancy. Sundresses, floral prints, dress shirts, and maybe suits in lighter hues if you’re feeling it. Cute and put-together, but still comfy. Please note: Our ceremony will be held outdoors, so we recommend choosing footwear suitable for grass.

Yes, if you were invited with a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. If you think we might have missed including your loved ones or if your situation has changed since the invitations were sent, please let us know. We want to make sure everyone who should be there can join us!
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to find your seat.
Yes! We’ll be providing a shuttle bus starting at 10PM to bring guests back to wherever they need to go within Sudbury. The buses will be running until the end of the night which is 1AM.
Yes, we will have an open bar at the reception with a selection of beverages for you to enjoy throughout the evening.
A dinner and snacks will be served after the ceremony. Please be sure to RSVP and choose your entree and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. And don’t worry—there will also be a midnight snack!
If it’s just a light sprinkle, we’ll keep everything at the Idylwylde ceremony space and provide umbrellas to keep everyone comfortable. You’re welcome to bring your own as well. If the forecast turns into heavy rain, we’ll transition the ceremony to the Caruso Club as best as we can. Our team will handle the transition, guests won’t need to do anything.
