We met during our freshman year at Texas A&M – Corpus Christi, sharing nearly every class but never speaking… until a birthday mix-up in August 2020 changed everything. Austin thought he was headed to one Abbey’s party—but ended up at another’s. A night of Mario Party, pizza, and ice cream floats later, we were hooked. Two months after that, we made it official. Since then, we’ve shared adventures, holidays, and beach days—and on a sunny afternoon in Corpus Christi, Austin popped the question. Abbey said yes, and now here we are, ready to say “I do!” surrounded by our favorite people.
