Here is a list of the easiest ways to travel to Philadelphia and the hotels we have secured. Philly is popular in the summer time so we encourage you to book rooms early! Of course, anyone is welcome to stay other places but all of our festivities will be taking place within a few blocks of the selected hotels. We will NOT be providing transportation to the ceremony as it is only 2 blocks from the hotels, but Uber/Lyft/taxis are always readily available in the area for anyone who needs a ride! There is also a parking garage at the venue for anyone who will be driving, see FAQ for more info!

Flight

Philadelphia International Airport

PHL is the easiest and most convenient airport to fly into for the wedding. The hotel blocks are a 15-20 min Uber or taxi from the airport and usually range from $25-40.

Train

30th Street Station

Amtrak is great option for anyone with access to the train. There is a train that runs from Newark airport to 30th Street Station. The hotel blocks are a 10 minute Uber/taxi ride from the train station. The Market-Frankford Line (MFL) of the subway system is another option to get from the train station to the hotels; recommend getting off at 5th Street Station/Liberty Bell

This is where we will be having the after party Saturday night and post wedding brunch Sunday morning. The two hotel options however are less than a block apart. We have room blocks for both Friday and Saturday night. Room block closes 7/15/2025. There is a parking garage located behind the hotel called the Bourse Garage. It is available for either valet or self parking. Valet runs for $65+tax/night with unlimited in and out access. Self parking is $32/24 hours.

This hotel is slightly closer to the venue (half a block!) and again only half a block from the Renaissance. The Kimpton has a complementary wine hour for guests from 5pm-6pm daily. Room block closes 7/15/2025. Parking is also located at the Bourse Garage, behind the hotel. Valet here is $59+tax/day or the self-park option for $32/24 hours.
