What is the dress code?

We'd love for you to wear cocktail to semi-formal attire—choose what makes you feel comfortable! We encourage you to embrace color and have fun with your look. No jeans, please. If you're wearing heels, we recommend opting for block heels rather than stilettos, since much of our celebration will take place outdoors on grass and gravel. A layer or jacket is also a great idea, as early October evenings can be pleasantly unpredictable. We want to make sure you're comfortable and safe throughout the evening. Am I allowed a Plus One?

Answer

If your invitation doesn't include a plus-one, unfortunately one hasn't been extended. We're working within Airbnb guest restrictions, which means we need to keep our guest count carefully managed.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

No, the wedding is by open water (lake front property), an open fire pit, alcohol service, and Airbnb guest restrictions we have to limit the amount of people on the property. We hope you can enjoy your child free night with us!

During the Ceremony? Absolutely not, Abbey will personally scold you. During the reception? Absolutely.
