Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do! But we are requesting guests leave the little ones behind. Our venue can only accommodate a certain number of guests. There will be an open bar and live band at the wedding and we want our adult guests to fully enjoy themselves. We are looking into to babysitting options for guests to utilize.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cowboy Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits, and suits or slacks; jackets optional. Boot and hats encouraged. We want you to to be comfortable and ready to dance so bring your dancing shoes. Also, it can be 80 degrees or snowing in Laramie in September so please check the weather forecast.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking around the Alice Hardie Stevens Center is limited to street parking and hard to find while UW is in session.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The parking at our venue is limited and we are having an open bar so we have arranged for a shuttle to safely take all of our hotel guests to and from the venue. The UW Nordic Ski Team (Ava is an alumni) will be providing transportation. Your ride will be a black Mercedes Sprinter van. It will pick you up at the main entrance of the hotel. As the evening comes to a close the shuttle will take guests back to their hotel on an as needed basis.
