Is there a preferred dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire: long dresses and suits preferred. No need for black tie.

Will there be a shuttle service provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We'll be offering a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue for your convenience. The shuttle will depart from the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 4:00pm on 1/16/26!

Will there be parking available if I choose to drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue if you chose to drive yourself. The drive from the hotel to the venue is about 20 minutes.

Question

What time does the wedding begin?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour, a formal dinner, and dancing that will come to a close at 10:30pm.

Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes! The party will continue at The Fairfield Inn & Suites (one of our preferred hotels)!
