This shuttle will run from the Courtyard by Marriott to the venue and then back at the end of the night. Feel free to take this shuttle even if you aren't staying at the hotel. You can start to board the buses at 3:30. The shuttle will leave at 4:00pm exactly! We have a room block at this hotel, it is our preferred hotel for the wedding! The block includes king and queen rooms. You will have until December 20, 2024 to book with the block. *EDIT: We now have added more rooms that can be booked up until our wedding date. The link will potentially tell you we are out of rooms, if it does just call that number (we are definitely not out of rooms)! We will also have a shuttle to and from the venue for this hotel. This room block is for March 19th (Check in) to March 22nd (Check out). IMPORTANT: When booking in the block, the discount will not appear at the time of order. The rate will be adjusted on your reservation after booking. If after a week it has not changed to the discounted rate, please let us know! We are still trying to figure out how booking with Marriott points works. From what we understand, you book with the block and then 30 days from the reservation, you will be able to switch it to points. We will update if that ends up not being the case!
