Question

Whats up with the Fees?

Answer

We completely understand that this can be confusing, so we want to clarify. The resort has specific policies regarding guest access for weddings. To coordinate food, beverage, staffing, and event access, the resort requires: A $100 per person fee for guests who are staying at the resort but are not booked through the official wedding room block or are staying fewer than the required minimum nights. A $150 wedding day pass per person for guests who are staying off property and attending the wedding. These fees are set by the resort and are not determined by us. They help cover venue access, catering, and service costs associated with hosting the wedding events. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work within the resort’s policies.

Question

What does “booking with the wedding room block” mean?

Answer

Booking with the wedding room block simply means reserving your room through the official group reservation link or travel coordinator associated with our wedding. This does not mean you need to travel with the group or be on the same flight as other guests. You are free to arrange your flights and travel plans however you prefer. Booking through the wedding room block also ensures you are included in our official wedding group for coordination and premium access to wedding events (such as group dinners, welcome amenities, and other guest arrangements). To qualify as an internal guest and avoid additional resort fees, guests must: Reserve their accommodations through the designated wedding room block Meet the required minimum night stay Rooms booked independently through third-party websites, reward programs, or directly with the resort outside of the wedding block are not considered part of the group booking. If you’re unsure whether your reservation qualifies, please feel free to reach out so we can help clarify.
