Pottawatomie Park
Pottawatomie Park is Abby and Michael's favorite date spot! There's all kinds of activities to do here such as golf 9 holes on the river, rent a paddleboat, have a picnic, go for a walk, or mini golf!
The Lewis
The Lewis is St. Charles's premier Cocktail, Wine and Whisky lounge with a Vintage 70's Vibe. Michael's favorite drink is "The Penicillin," while Abby prefers their famous "Smoked Old Fashions."
Alter Brewing + Kitchen
A great local brewery, Alter provides both their own craft beers as well as cocktails! However, their "BANG BANG CAULIFLOWER" appetizer is always a crowd favorite.
Brunch Cafe-St.Charles
Classic brunch place! There is something for everyone on the menu and is only a short walk from the Baker Hotel.
Mio Modo
Formerly Francesca's by the Fox, this classic Italian restaurant has a great happy hour (3-6pm Monday - Friday). Abby personally recommends their Pollo Milanese.
La Mesa Modern Mexican
With the largest tequila collection in the Chicago suburbs, La Mesa is a wonderful bar and restaurant, especially when the weather is warm and their outdoor seating is open.
GIA MIA St Charles
Gia Mia is a beloved Italian restaurant and bar in the Fox Valley area. It is known for its wood-fired pizzas, including some of Michael's favorites - Neapolitan style pizzas!
The Graceful Ordinary
Another bar worth stopping by, The Graceful Ordinary is known for it's specialty cocktails and views of the Fox river. It's brunch menu is a personal favorite of the couples!
Brown Butter Baked Goods and Cafe
This allergy-friendly bakery is a favorite of Abby and Mike after a round of golf. A cup of their coffee and hot sandwiches is the perfect breakfast the day after the wedding!
