When should I rsvp by?

If you can RSVP as soon as you receive the invitation, that would be wonderful!

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party, please feel free to wear semi-casual attire and/or a Filipiniana and Barong (you can find them here or elsewhere: https://barongworld.com/). Whatever you feel more comfortable in! The venue will be indoors. For the wedding ceremony, we would love for you to get dressed up with us! In staying with our wedding theme, we encourage our guests to dress in garden formal attire. Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors (no grass), and the cocktail hour will be indoors.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM to give yourself plenty of time to arrive and comfortably find your seat.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away and be fully present with us during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will capture all the special moments, and we can't wait to share them with you after. Feel free to take as many pictures after the ceremony and check out the photobooth!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a coach bus that will travel between the Hotel Salem and Willowdale Estate. The coach bus will arrive promptly at 3:45 PM at the Hotel Salem (pick up location: 15 Central St) to drop off guests at 4:30 PM for the ceremony! There will be two return trips on the coach bus scheduled for 9:15pm and 10:30pm.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available on-site, though it is limited. We kindly ask that guests take the coach bus or carpool if possible.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP for you and your party through our website. If you have any questions or add a plus one, feel free to reach out!

What do I do if I have a food allergy?
