What is the process to apply for Visa to India?

Answer

You can apply for the Visa at the official website - https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html (You can copy & paste this link on a new tab) It usually takes around 4-5 days for visa approval. We suggest doing it a few weeks prior, to avoid any hindrance. Here are some documents you must keep handy for the same - Passport, invitation letter, confirmation of stay & proof of sufficient funds.

The temperatures in Jaipur in December are comfortable with a low of 13°C / 55.4°F and high up to 25°C / 77°F. While the days are pleasant, nights can be pretty chilly so you're advised to carry warm layers.

How do I reach the wedding venue?

Samode Palace & Bagh, the wedding venue is on the outskirts of Jaipur. Limited international flights land at the Jaipur Airport so you're advised to land in Delhi and drive down to Samode Palace & Bagh. Alternatively, you can book a domestic flight from Delhi / Mumbai to Jaipur Airport and take a cab from Jaipur to the Wedding Venue. The venue is - Approximately 5 hours / 218 kms away from Delhi (IGI) Airport Approximately 1.5 hours / 58 kms away from Jaipur International Airport

While the check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm, we would recommend you to reach around 12 pm to be a part of the welcome lunch.
