We met working at the hospital as housekeepers during the pandemic. We instantly liked what we saw and started hunting for each other throughout the hospital. We would find ways to work on the same rooms together or try to get at least on the same floor. When we finally started getting in trouble for that and the long after work talks became not enough, we started meeting outside of work. We would hang out with mutual friends and go to BBQs together or parties. We started getting together for video games and smoke sessions, then we started to travel to major cities and the coast. We were falling more and more for each other and there was not a day Aaron pushed for us to become official, but it just wasn't time yet. Then we had this awful snowstorm that closed everything down in 2021, no cars were allowed on the road, and we were stuck together for that whole week. We shared so much of our history, our pain, and grew deeper in connection that Aaron knew the timing had finally presented itself and asked to make us an official couple. I knew I had found my forever person and wanted to spend every moment together. It wasn't long after that Facebook finally got updated and we started priding off our relationship like it was a new discovery found! We had received so much love and support from everyone around us, we just knew it was meant to be. Our story is just the beginning, there's so much more to be written and we want to honor ourselves with unionizing our love and to celebrate such an important chapter of our lives.
