First, feel free to reach out to Tyler or Stephanie with any questions. The invitation envelope was addressed to everyone invited to the wedding. This includes children of family members only (children of siblings and cousins).
The main event (wedding) is 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Dulany's Overlook. That's the place we want to see you! The rest of the weekend events (Thursday - Sunday) are optional to help us enjoy a fun weekend with our favorite people (YOU!). What works for you, works for us.
Dress code is "garden cocktail." We recommend garden-party attire with a touch of formality—think floral, flowy dresses or chic jumpsuits for women, and light-colored blazers or suits for men without a tie. The ceremony is outdoors, so choose comfortable shoes and consider layers for cooler evening air. The number one piece of advice: you have to love it! Be comfortable and have fun with your outfit.
If you're like the bride, you want to wear one pair of shoes to the wedding site and have a backup to change into. That is an option! If you like to dance, we hope to see you out there on the dancefloor. (No barefeet allowed for safety). Keep in mind, (weather-permitting) the ceremony will be held on grass. The cocktail, dinner, and reception will be indoors. Please wear shoes accordingly.
Parking at the venue on Saturday: There is parking available on-site. And you can keep your car overnight. Pickup is by 9 AM Sunday. Shuttle from hotel to venue: Transportation is provided to and from the SpringHill Suites. Please be ready to get on a bus outside the main door at 4 PM. There are two buses, and they will leave at the same time. They have Aaronson/Kohler Wedding signs (or ask the driver to make sure you're on the right bus). Shuttle back from venue: (Early bus) If you are interested in departing the venue early, one bus will depart at 9 pm from the venue (Dulany's Overlook) to SpringHill Suites. (Final bus) The two buses will then leave by 10 pm to go back to SpringHill Suites.
No problem! Please email: stephaieaaronson@gmail.com with any additional food preference needs.

Spring in Frederick, MD, is generally mild, but temperatures can vary. We recommend checking the weather as the date approaches and bringing a light jacket or wrap if it’s cooler in the evening.
