Question
How & When Should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here with an area to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP before March 15, 2025. RSVP cards will also be included in the invitation and can be mailed back by the same date. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining as we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors following this deadline.

Where Will The Wedding Take Place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Whistle Hollow Farm in Fairfield, Virginia.

Can I Bring A Guest?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with you all!

Can I Bring My Children?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adult-only celebration. Enjoy this evening as a night out for yourselves!

Is There A Dress Code?
Answer
Yes! We would love if everyone got all dressed up to celebrate with us! For the ladies, cocktail attire is appreciated. For the gentlemen, button down shirts, dress pants, tie/bowtie, jacket optional. Please no jeans or hats! We also ask that white or ivory should be reserved for the bride only.

When Should I Arrive?

The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. We ask that everyone should arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to park and find a seat!

Where Should We Park?
Answer
Parking will be available onsite in front of the barn where the reception is being held. A parking attendant will be outside to direct you where to park before the ceremony. Handicap accessible parking and further assistance into the venue will also be available should you need it!

Will The Wedding Be Outside?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors in the barn directly behind the ceremony area. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event! April weather can be unpredictable in Virginia. Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue outside primarily has grass and gravel terrain.
