Formal attire is required, but this is not a black tie event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking on site at the Pen Ryn Estate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, hotel guests will have a shuttle available as transportation to and from the venue. It will leave the hotel at 4pm and pick up hotel guests at 10pm. Any guests not utilizing the shuttle must be off-site by 10:30pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at 4:00pm to allow time to park and get seated.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

When RSVP'ing you will be able to indicate any food allergies.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring a guest.

Are kids welcome?

This is a child-free wedding. We want to provide our guests with advanced notice to make childcare arrangements more manageable.
