What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for the Wedding is semi-formal and/or cocktail. Something to consider is the Ceremony is outside and on grass. For the other events listed for the weekend, the dress code is casual. For example, the bring a bathing suit for the Pool Party Friday night.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service from the Double Tree Hotel to the Bibb Mill Event Center before the ceremony (4:15 PM) and back to the Double Tree after the reception is over (10:00 PM). Uber and Lyft are also available in the city. The Downtown hotels are about a mile away from the venue. For all other wedding events, you will need to provide your own transportation.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free diet options?

Answer

Yes, there will be a variety of different food options that will fit into the diets of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is an adult only event, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the weekend. The only ones under 18 are going to be Emily's cousins. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can come celebrate with us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes we have a room block at two hotels in the city of Columbus. Both options are close to the venue. For information on the hotels, see the "Travel" tab of the website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay within venue capacity. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you put your phone away during the ceremony. Please be present with us and we will share all the photos with you after.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. There is a golf cart service to take guests from the ceremony to the reception for all those who may need special assistance.
