Aaron and Tori's love story starts off similar to many people their age... on Bumble. They both downloaded dating apps and ended up swiping right on one another in early February 2019. After a quirky first message sent by Tori, Aaron finally responded. The two messaged back and forth for a couple of weeks before Aaron finally had the guts to ask Tori out on Valentine's Day, which prompted a shriek of excitement of being finally asked out by Aaron. Unfortunately, the date had to be postponed to February 15, but it was a great first date. Aaron and Tori watched The Princess Bride and had Chinese food and it is now a tradition for every February 15th since then.

Aaron and Tori made it official on May 27, 2019, and were inseparable ever since then. They moved in shortly after Tori graduated from UT in December 2019 and adopted an adorable pup named Maple in January 2020. Together, they survived quarantine, a Master's program, getting COVID and spending Christmas 2020 in their apartment, first adult jobs, and countless camping trips.

In June 2021, Aaron, Tori, and Maple went to Clearwater, Florida for a relaxing week vacation. They spent a couple of days exploring the surrounding cities and kayaking before they got ready to spend an afternoon at Fort De Soto, Florida. Aaron was trying to find the perfect spot on the beach to have a relaxing afternoon in the sun and kept leading Tori through a sand bar trying to find "the perfect spot in the Youtube video". Aaron and Tori got to an area of the beach where they found a letter in a bottle and Aaron excitedly told her to open it. Tori opened it and instantly recognized Aaron's handwriting. Aaron got down on one knee after it took Tori multiple times to read the letter out loud and asked her to marry him. Tori was surprised with not only the proposal but also a surprise engagement shoot with a local photographer.

On May 27, 2023, Tori and Aaron are excited and grateful to be surrounded by their family and friends to celebrate a new journey in their lives.
