Can we bring our kids?

As much as we love your kids, we are keeping our special day an adult only occasion and appreciate your understanding.

Semi formal/formal wear is encouraged, however we want you to be comfortable!

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

It will be an open bar, however tips for our lovely bartenders are always appreciated :)

Is it an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outside, rain or shine Our reception will be held indoors, although there is access to a grassy area outdoors

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Transportation to the ceremony at Somerset Farms will be the responsibility of the guests. We have a large bus booked for transport for the evening. If you are wanting to indulge in some alcoholic beverages and do not want to leave your vehicle at the reception hall, we have booked a large school bus to transport guests to the reception with a pickup point of the Best Western in Stony Plain (there will be time between ceremony and reception to drive back to the hotel) If you are not camping at the reception, the bus will return to the hall at midnight and 2am for shuttles back to the Best Western in Stony Plain.

Please reach out to us in advance if you have any restrictions and we will make sure to accommodate you!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our special day! However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon.
