About 1 hour from Telluride via rental car or shuttle. Uber may also be available, according to the website. The cheapest options are to book Shared Shuttle Rides through Telluride Express or TelluRides for around $80 per person. You can also book private rides from $400-600 but might need a larger group people to make it worth it. Here is a list of all the shuttle and private transportation services available:

The Peaks Resort & Spa
Another option for a hotel in Mountain Village. The free Gondola to the ceremony at San Sophia is nearby here as well. The link below provides a discount: Discount: 15% for 1-2 nights, 20% for 3-4 nights, and 25% for 5+ nights. If you would like to golf while in Telluride, you will need to stay at this resort to have access to the semi-private club.

The Gondola
Ceremony at San Sophia Overlook can be accessed via free gondola from Mountain Lodge, Mountain Village, or Oak Street Telluride.
Shuttle

October 3, 2025 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Shuttles will be provided to take guests from ceremony to reception at Gorrono Ranch. Shuttles will also return guests to Mountain Lodge post reception. If you are staying at the Peaks Resort or somewhere in Telluride, from here you will take the gondola down to Mountain Village for the Peaks Resort, or continue down into Telluride.
Travel Note
Short Term Home Rentals
There may be some AirBnB or VRBO options available in Telluride or even some luxury cabins available in Mountain Village. This will be during peak fall color changes, so we would expect those to fill up early or be priced at a premium during this time.
