What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Dusty blue, gold, and wildflower colors (shades of pink, peach, orange, yellow, blue, and white).

What is the dress code?

Answer

Elevated, semi-formal, appropriate for a Catholic Mass, and comfortable for summer!

What is a Wedding Mass?

Answer

A Wedding Mass, or Nuptial Mass is where the Sacrament of Matrimony is received in the Catholic faith. It will be similar to a typical Sunday Mass, with our wedding imbedded in the Mass.

What time should I arrive to the Wedding?

Answer

The Wedding Mass will begin promptly at 1 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, to find a seat, and pray before the Mass begins.

Who can accept communion at the Wedding Mass?

Answer

We ask, respectfully that only those whom are practicing Catholic and in a state of grace receive the most precious body and blood of Christ. If you are not, you can still get in the communion line with your arms crossed over your chest to receive a blessing. Feel free to stay in your seat to pray during this time too.

Where should I bring cards and/or gifts?

Answer

Please bring to the Reception at ZooMontana, where we will have an area for cards and gifts.

Should I bring anything to the reception?

Answer

All food, desserts, and beverages will be provided! No need to bring anything except for excitement and happiness to celebrate with us!

Can I walk around ZooMontana to see the animals?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding guests will have zoo access until 5 PM. We suggest going to see animals and enjoying the zoo upon arrival to the reception, as guests will have at least a 40 minute wait until we arrive after the Wedding Mass and Co-Cathedral photos are completed.

What will we be eating at the reception?

Answer

We will have a delicious BBQ buffet. If you have any food allergies or restrictions, please let us know.

Will it be inside or outside?

Answer

The Wedding Mass will be indoors at the St. Patrick Co-Cathedral. The reception at ZooMontana will be outdoors, under a pavilion with fans.

What is the timeline of the day?

Answer

Wedding Mass will be 1:00-2:15 PM Reception will be 2:45-7:00 PM Precise details will be provided day of.
