We're getting married!

Aaron and I met online a couple of years prior to 2023 and we hadn’t met face to face because we were going down two different paths at that time fast forward a few years later and Aaron lands back into my dm’s lol. I’m like hey I know him! So we began talking and this time he was in Columbus so we made it a point to finally meet in person and the rest is history.

We were at home joking around as we often do and I had said something about being or becoming his wife so later we were in bed talking and watching tv and Aaron looks over at me and he says so you want to become engaged? Anyone who knows me knows I ask questions lol I could tell he was being serious but I’m like engaged? Are you being serious? What do you mean? And he’s like you know….at this point I’m thinking no I don’t because you aren’t asking me to marry you lol so I’m like do you want me to be your wife or something along them lines and he’s like yes. Needless to say a year into our relationship and he had finally proposed of course I said yes how could I not with his big eyes and dimples lol.

Our wedding theme is “A lifetime of butterflies” a lot you may not know but my favorite insect are butterflies. Butterflies are symbolic in so many ways. So how else to incorporate butterflies into our wedding but to have a theme with butterflies? Although Aaron and I have been together for a little bit now he still gives me those same butterflies I had when we first met. Butterflies also mean transformation, rebirth, and personal growth. During our relationship we have experienced all three and so much more and we are still experiencing life with one another. So here’s to a lifetime of butterflies!
