Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and if you RSVP on the website. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & {Guest Name}" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are children invited?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We are keeping the celebration intimate and are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the invitation.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests honor our unplugged ceremony - that means no phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony itself. Our photographer and videographer will capture everything, and we'll happily share at a later date. Once the ceremony ends feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires!

When & how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1, 2026. All RSVP's after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendor following the deadline. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code printed on the save the dates, texting or calling the bride/groom, or via the website under RSVP.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date which we provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations available).

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage everyone to dress to impress! Dress code is black tie. Ladies can wear floor length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. We'd love to see guests in warm fall colors such as espresso, cinnamon, olive green, etc. No white dresses, jeans, or polo's will be permitted.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30-60 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, we do not want anyone to miss the special moment.

Is parking available on site?

Answer

Parking is only available onsite for guests that are staying at the venue location, River House at Odette's. There will be a complimentary celebration shuttle that will take guests to/from their car at the designated location, please check the travel page for more information regarding the shuttle service.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception indoors. In the chance of inclement weather all festivities will be indoors.
