Location of our reception, but also offers beer, wine, as well as crafting classes to the public. Layne and Sara are our favorites and will probably be serving your drinks at our reception.

Magic Mirror Vintage
Natalie owns this shop- we love her and her shop offers cool finds- vintage clothing, vinyl, home decor, and quirky things you never knew you needed.
Field Stables Antiques
Beautiful selection of vintage glass; typical dusty antique shop with prize finds and shockingly low prices.
Take Care Apothecary
Lauren is our neighbor and has done a fantastic job bringing goodies like tarot cards, authentic Mexican blankets, CBD oils, and crystals to LTX.
Rollfast Ranchwear
Authentic Country and Western clothing, made in the USofA. Jen was the first person we met in Lockhart and her husband often brings live music in the shop to share with residents.
Black's Barbecue
People love this place for the variety of sides.
Kreuz Market
People love this place for their sausage- typically does not offer bbq sauce.
Made for Walkin Vintage Boots and Fine Antiques
A must visit if you love vintage boots- AND Jennifer pretty much talked us into moving to Lockhart. We love this gal.
Load Off Fannys
We have a wing obsession and Fanny's has a lot to do with that. Plus Hailey and her staff are the BEST. Yummy vegetarian options too.
Loop & Lil's Pizza
They do not serve gf pizza but we don't hold it against them; huge salads and great beer/wine selection- also HOUSE MADE desserts. We also might share a fence with the owners. :)
Lockhart Bistro
Great for cocktails and delicious American fare when you have overdone it with bbq. Also very accommodating to vegetarians.
Flash Candy and Toys
BEST dark chocolate selection, as well as salt water taffy. For AE's Dallas peeps, very similar to Froggies.
Chaparral Coffee
Sweet little coffee shop on the square. Great iced coffee, as well as beer/wine selections.
La Cantera
AWESOME breakfast tacos and spinach enchiladas (Sara's pick). We used this place to cater Lux's 15th bday party. Weekend fave.

The PEARL
Rueben is the kindest bartender and we love him. Cocktails and live music in a small, quaint historic space tucked in the square.
Lockhart State Park
We feel really lucky to have a state park essentially in our back yard. It is a beautiful state park with hiking trails to walk off BBQ and wedding cake, as well as accommodations for tent camping and RV hook-ups.
The Culinary Room
We are soooooo happy this place recently opened. These women offer great wine, charcuterie, oils and vinegars, sweets, and delicious grab and go selections.
