When should guests arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. If you show up late, you will not be allowed to enter the venue until cocktail hour.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, there is complimentary parking at the venue!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We will be having an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY which means all phones and cameras must be turned off and put away. We will share ceremony photos taken by our wonderful photographer at a later date.

Can I take pictures during the reception?

Answer

Yes! We invite our guests to share pictures from the cocktail hour and reception on social media by using the hashtag #HappilyEverAvila.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. Our wedding will RSVP only. Unfortunately because of covid and capacity restrictions we will not be able to accommodate anyone who does not RSVP. If you have any questions about how to RSVP please let us know.
