Question
Are children invited?
Answer
We are planning an adult-only celebration; please think of this as a parents' night out. If this is an issue, please contact Aaron (903-619-0944) and we can make arrangements as necessary!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We have addressed invitations to everyone we would like to join us on the wedding day. If you received a plus one on your invitation then you are welcome to bring another guest – otherwise we cannot accommodate for plus ones.

What is the attire?
Answer
The attire for the wedding is semi-formal/cocktail. We ask that you avoid wearing green, white, or cream colors to avoid matching the colors of the wedding party. Recommendations: Men – black or khaki dress pants and a button-up shirt. Full suits are optional and not necessary. Women – Cocktail-style or floor-length dress.

What time should I arrive?

The wedding ceremony is currently set to begin at 3:30 PM, so we ask that all guests plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure no one misses the event!

Where do I park?
Answer
Please park in the large gravel parking lot at the front entrance of the venue. No parking is allowed on the grass. If you need to leave your vehicle overnight, please make arrangements with the staff at Davis & Grey Farms, and it will need to be picked up by 10:00 AM the next morning.

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
The ceremony will take place indoors in the chapel on the right hand side of the property as seen from the front parking lot.

How will ceremony seating be arranged?
Answer
The first two rows are reserved for immediate family. Signs will show which seats are reserved, and all other seats will be open to both sides of the family. We ask that you fill in from front to back to make sure everyone can get a good seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony to allow our photographer to do their best work. We promise to share the professional photos after the wedding day! After the ceremony has concluded, feel free to take photos as you'd like.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, there will! Select beer, wine, and cocktails will be available on us ;) Non-alcoholic options will be available as well. Please drink responsibly! No shots allowed. If you'd like to bring your own alcohol you may give it to the bartenders to serve, otherwise you may only consume the alcohol provided by the bartending staff.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?
Answer
Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the venue or within the immediately surrounding areas. There is a designated smoking area next to the fire pit at the front of the venue.

Can I post pictures of the wedding online?
Answer
Please refrain from making any posts about the wedding until the bride and/or groom have made their announcements online, after which we would love for you to share your memories online!
