COVID-19 Concerns

Answer

It is not required for any guest to wear a mask, per Texas guidelines; however, we highly recommend you take the appropriate actions to care for yourself and others. We encourage all of our guests, vaccinated or not, to take a COVID test prior to attendance to reduce further exposure. If you been positive for COVID weeks prior to the wedding and recovered, have any flu-like symptoms or been exposed to someone with COVID, consider taking a test prior to attending. We would rather you get well comfortably at home and prevent others from getting sick. Please act responsibly as we have elderly relatives and loved ones with underlying health conditions attending the wedding.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We would recommend flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS/ABIA) as it is closest to the wedding. There are other major airports listed in our "Travel" tab, but they require a longer drive.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the hotel listed in our ‘Travel’ tab. This hotel provides shuttle service to and from the venue. You are more than welcome to book anywhere else that you prefer. If you book somewhere farther away, consider the time it will take to get to the venue with traffic and the distance. If you are looking at hotels nearby that are not listed, we would suggest hotels in the Cedar Park area (approx. 15-20 minute drive from Villa Antonia).

How many nights are reserved at the hotel?

Answer

2 nights (July 26th and 27th) are reserved at the hotel in the "Travel" tab. However, you may add more nights as needed by calling the number listed. For any guest traveling internationally, please notify Aaron or Mia of the amount of nights you require so we can help you (so you don’t have to pay for your call).

Do the hotel provide shuttles to the venue?

Answer

The hotel listed in our ‘Travel’ tab only provides shuttle service to and from Villa Antonia. The shuttle service is only available to those staying at the hotel. There will be a shuttle schedule provided on the day of the wedding. However, they do not provide shuttle service for other transportation needs. If you are in need of transportation to and from the preferred airport, you may look at the rental car options listed in the "Travel" tab or request an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi.

Can I bring a date?

If you are bringing a date, please contact Aaron or Mia before inviting someone to ensure they are counted for seating and dinner. We don’t want to exclude anyone, but we also may not have enough room. Contact us as soon as possible.

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there is 3 parking lots at Villa Antonia. They will provide valet parking and bring you on their service cart up to the main entrance if you are parked in lots 2 and 3.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We don’t expect you all to come in a suit & tie or fancy dress, but we would say wear your "Sunday Best" or simply dress appropriately in a way that you feel most comfortable!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests shall arrive at 4:30 PM to be seated before the ceremony begins.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we will work to make accommodations as much as possible. Contact Aaron or Mia to let them know.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will have kids at the wedding, but please make sure to contact Aaron or Mia before inviting any additional kids that are not originally in your party or double-check if it’s possible.

I cannot attend the wedding. Will there be a virtual option?

Answer

Yes! We will have a virtual event set-up for guest unable to attend in-person.
