When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with you! In order to make sure we can accommodate everyone, we kindly ask that you RSVP by June 30th 2025. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we may not be able to include you in the final count for the event. We truly hope you can join us, so please let us know as soon as possible!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony starts at three o'clock in the afternoon. Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to ensure time to park and to find seating. To ensure the ceremony proceeds smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony begins, please wait and join us at the reception. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Can I bring a date?

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our loved ones! In order to keep our guest list manageable, we’re only able to offer plus-ones to those who are specifically listed on the invitation. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, our venue has onsite parking. For convenience and to ensure plenty of parking for everyone, we recommend carpooling if you’re attending with family or friends. It’ll make parking easier and reduce congestion—plus, it’s always more fun to ride together!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress Code: Semi-Formal For our wedding, we’re aiming for an elegant yet relaxed vibe. Ladies, think cocktail dresses or dressy separates, and gentlemen, we recommend a sport jacket or a blazer with dress pants. Feel free to add a tie or leave it out based on your personal style—either way, we can’t wait to see you looking fabulous! We encourage you to wear something that feels a little dressed-up but still comfortable for you.

If you would like to honor us with a gift, we’ve created a wedding registry that can be found under the "registry" tab that features items we’d love. Alternatively, we would be so grateful for any financial contribution toward our honeymoon or future together. Your presence is all we truly need, but any gift is deeply appreciated!"

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring a spread of barbecue favorites. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please kindly note them on your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate all requests and ensure everyone has a safe and delicious dining experience.
