Our story begins in August 2018 at UT Austin. We were both starting grad school and had a class together. After a few shy encounters and sharing of homework answers, we became friends. The following semester, we were in three of the same classes. Aaron finally worked up the courage to ask Maggie on a date -- we were in two group projects together, what could go wrong? We met for dinner after an exam at Hopfields pub just off campus and talked for hours. Little did we know that our semester as group partners would turn into a lifetime together.
