When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by November 1st. I will provide the booking contact information to everyone after this date.

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

We want you to stay where you're most comfortable! You will have to purchase a day pass to Tres Rios to be on site for the day of the wedding. The pass grants access to Tres Rios for 30 minutes before the start of the wedding and the entirety of the celebration. Please let us know in advance if you plan to do this so we can let our wedding coordinator know.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Tres Rios. It will be held outside if it is not raining.

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

The Cancun Airport is only about a 30 minute drive from Tres Rios.

How can I schedule transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

You can schedule transportation directly through the hotel when you book your stay. You can also book through another transport company such as CARM or USA Transfers. There are many different options, but just make sure you book something!

What day should I arrive?

Aaron and Lanie will be staying at Tres Rios from May 13-17, so arrive whenever is best for you before the 15th! You can stay for a week with our wedding rate, with a minimum of three nights.

What are the room accomodations?

Answer

Each studio room sleeps a minimum of two & maximum of four. All studio rooms are based on double occupancy, so the price is higher if you prefer to stay as a single. There is also an option for one-bedroom units, which are very nice, but they are a bit more expensive. The one-bedroom units accommodate 3-6 people. When you RSVP yes, please let me know who will be staying in your room & provide your email address. If you would like a room next to another couple or family travelling with us, please let me know, and I will make that request for you!

What is the dress code?

We want our guests to be comfortable and have fun! That being said, please keep in mind that it will be hot, and most likely on the beach if the weather permits, so lightweight, breathable clothes and sandals are your best bet.

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

• Cancellations with 61 days or more before the travel date – 90% refund • Less than 60 days in advance – 60% refund • Less than 30 days in advance – 50% refund • Less than 15 days in advance – 20% refund • Less than 10 days in advance, No refund, and you will not be able to use it in the future. Any refund will be made exclusively to the card with which you made the payment.

What is the cost to stay at Tres Rios?

Answer

Our wedding member discount is $189 per person per night for the studio room. If you prefer a one bedroom, it is $219 per person per night.
