For the Wedding: Shuttles provided for guests staying at Hancock House Hotel & Coyote Ridge. If you are staying in other accommodations, please park at Hancock House Hotel to catch a shuttle. Yes, absolutely! Heaters all around if needed, not including the ceremony site in the forest.
We will have all the wedding festivities in the gorgeous barn if necessary.

Please know everything at the wedding venue is very walkable but, yes, there will be a golf cart available if desired.
Please do not try to enter the white farmhouse you see on the property. This is the wedding suite and the bride and groom's accommodations. Our sweet dogs, Appa and Momo, will be in the house so please do not enter and exit, so we do not have to worry about their wellbeing. On top of that, the venue has strict rules about the limited amount of people allowed in. We appreciate your understanding!
