What's the dress code?

Answer

Black tie, please. Formal floor length gowns dresses for the ladies and a tux or dark suit with necktie or bowtie for the gentlemen. If your tie starts to feel too tight or your heels get too painful through the night, take them off! We are not going to judge :)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

You can refer to the RSVP card as it will have the amount of seats we have reserved for you or when you're RSVPing online it will also show a space to add your guest if we have already considered an extra seat for your guest.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, you can bring your kids, keep in mind there is a pool on the premises so you will need to keep a close eye on them and also be mindful of other guests through the evening. If you need alternate options for the evening (aka a babysitter) feel free to reach out to us.

Am I required to go to all of the events?

Answer

No, you are not - The additional events are not mandatory by any means and we will not be mad if you decide to rest at your hotel/airbnb instead, we understand traveling and partying is exhausting so if you just want to attend the wedding and not the other events that is totally OK!

How do I get around?

Answer

UBER is the easiest way to get around the area, there is also a similar app called CABIFY you can use as well. and Taxis are also available but most of them do not take credit/debit cards.

What will the weather be like this time of the year?

Answer

Queretaro tends to have very mild weather, not too hot and not too cold. April in particular should have a high of 84*F and low of 53*F, chances of rain are very low so no need to worry about that!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors but the reception area is fully covered.

How do I get to the venue from the hotel?

Answer

We are going to have shuttles available from the hotel to the venue and back, the schedule will be shared closer to the event. Also, UBER is the easiest method of transportation, if you prefer a taxi, you can contact the hotel front desk (assuming you're staying at one of the designated hotels) and request for them to call you a taxi to the wedding.

How do I get back to my hotel after the wedding?

Answer

We will schedule some transportation back to the hotel at designated hours, if you want to leave earlier, please inform our wedding planner or event coordinator and either of them will be able to help :)

How long is the event going to last?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 7 PM and reception will follow shortly after. The reception is scheduled to go from 8 PM to 4 AM.
