Hiking and disc golf not your thing? We'd love extra hands to help decorate for the ceremony and reception hanging string lights, setting up tables and chairs, and arranging flowers from one of the flower farms Hilda used to work for!

Lunch on Your Own

11:00 am - 1:00 pm

There is no lunch provided at Camp Hanover on Saturday. There are a handful of restaurants near the hotels and within driving distance of Camp Hanover, or you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch out to Camp.

Forest Fancy*

Our celebration will be almost entirely outdoors, weather permitting. The ceremony will be inspired by both Quaker and Presbyterian traditions. Guests will gather around a campfire where they will be invited to share stories and witness the couple's exchange of vows. *Cocktail attire is encouraged, but consider swapping out the stilettos and oxfords for sneakers and boots!

Dinner & Dancing

5:00 pm

The celebration continues with local barbecue and beer! As the night goes on, we'll have live music and dancing, board games, and s'mores around a cracklin' fire.
