Plans:
Most guests are arriving on Friday, November 12th, and departing on Sunday, November 14th. You do what works best for you!
Hotel:
The reception is at the Stratosphere hotel if you would like to stay there for convenience. We did not do a room block anywhere because there are so many different places to stay and everyone has different tastes!
Getting Around:
We will provide Wedding Day transportation via a charter bus if you would like to tag along. We will have pick up at two places on the strip:
Flamingo Hotel and Casino: 12PM
Stratosphere (The STRAT): 12:15PM
The bus will take you to the ceremony, the post ceremony entertainment, and the reception. You will need transportation to get back to your hotel after the reception is over.
If you are driving/renting a vehicle, be aware that many hotels charge for parking on top of the nightly room rate.
Uber and Lyft are available in Vegas and all of our events are on the strip, so very close to hotels and the airport.
