When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 14th. Guests who don't RSVP by that date will not be able to attend the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We'd recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the start of the wedding just to make sure you can get parked and settled in. The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. If you are traveling from Oregon to Washington traffic starts around 3pm so we'd recommend heading over before 3pm or else preparing to sit through at least one hour of traffic since it's a weekday.

Is there a dress code?

We'd love to see all of you guys looking your best! The dress code will be semi-formal (so a little nicer than a casual summer dress and no shorts or flip flops!) Ladies: semi-formal dresses; avoid casual fabrics or silhouettes Gentlemen: suit/blazer/nice dress shirts with tie/bowtie Because the wedding will be an outdoor wedding girls might want to wear flats or chunky heels and please bring a pair of sandals or sneakers for dancing later on in the night ;). Please avoid wearing bronze/copper colors.

Can I bring a plus one ?

Due to limited space for the ceremony and reception plus ones will not be provided

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we would love to accommodate children, again due to the space of our venue and limited guest capacity we will be having an "adult only" wedding.

Is there parking available near the venue?

Answer

Our venue provides parking! As you enter the main gate, drive down the gravel pathway and take a right to follow the sign indicating "parking." Feel free to park in any space within that area.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held in a beautiful vineyard, and so we will be outside for both soaking in the sun
