Green City Farmers Market 🥬
Open Saturdays from 7am - 1pm. Lovely farmers market in a large park in Lincoln Park. Perfect morning activity! Can take an Uber from hotel room blocks, or walk 35min. Head to Lincoln Park Zoo after for a full morning! They are a quick walk apart.
Lincoln Park Zoo (Free) 🐯
Beautiful zoo & conservatory with a lot of green space to walk around and wonderful views of the skyline. Free entry!
Museum Of Contemporary Art 🖼️
One of Erin's favorite museums in Chicago, right off Magnificent Mile! Free for military members and veterans.
Oak Street Beach ☀️
Take a walk/run on the lakefront running path or get some sun at Oak Street Beach.
Beatrix (takes reservations) ☕️
All day restaurant and cafe attached to the A Loft Hotel in River North. Great option for breakfast for those staying in our hotel room blocks. Can be a wait in the morning for sit down, so would make a reservation or be prepared to wait. Bar is first come first serve! Can also order coffee and to-go breakfast from the counter if you don't want to wait / sit down.

Lil' Ba-Ba-Reeba!
Delish Spanish restaurant - tapas style! Indoor and patio seating. Reasonably priced. Would aim to get a reservation.

If you're a fan of the TV show 'The Bear', visit this sandwich shop that inspired the show. A quick walk from our hotel room blocks. Great for a quick lunch!

Firecakes Donuts 🍩
Aaron & Erin did a self-guided donut tour in Chicago once and Firecakes came out as one of our faves. For those staying at our hotel blocks, you'll find it right around the corner & it's open until midnight!
L.A. Burdick Handmade Chocolates🍪 🫖
Delish treats and tea, right next to our wedding venue! Our favorite order are the Burdick Cookies. Stop by P.O.S.H next door before or after for a quick shop through their vintage selects from European flea markets!
Arbella Cocktail Bar 🍹
Great small, loungey cocktail bar for post-dinner or late night cocktails. We like to sit at the bar! Can get loud at night with music, so if you prefer quieter settings, would not recommend.
City Winery Riverwalk 🍷
Riverfront wine bar, great for happy hour! Short walk from hotel room blocks in River North.
Bub City 🍻
Fun bar in River North right next to room blocks with live music and outdoor seating. Can get busy on weekends, especially when a game is on!
