We met on Bumble—Dulce swiped right after a long day of teaching, and Aaron, a college senior at the time, was just browsing. Dulce saw his profile—hiking, yoga, concerts—and thought, “Why not?” So, she sent the first message. Aaron: “I was thrilled she did. We instantly clicked. Our first date was yoga, which turned into hours of talking and laughing. Everything was going great until Aaron dropped the bomb: Air Force. Dulce: “I was like, ‘Seriously? Now?’ But we made it work—long-distance became our thing. Lots of calls, surprise visits, and a million texts.” Aaron: “And then, during one of Dulce’s visits, I proposed at sunset. I’m not saying the desert scenery helped, but it didn’t hurt.” Now, we’re getting married in November, and we’ve invited our favorite people (that’s you!) to celebrate with us.
