Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors at our wedding venue, weather permitting. The wedding reception will be held indoors at our wedding venue. In the event that there is rain or inclement weather, the wedding ceremony will be held indoors at the wedding venue.

We kindly encourage our guests to wear colors including variations or shades of brown, tan, taupe, beige or light gray for our special day. We would love to see our guests in elevated business casual to formal attire inspired by these warm, neutral colors. Please see the suggested colors above for inspiration.

For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend looking for accommodations in the BWI Airport / Linthicum Heights, MD/Hanover, MD area, which offers a wide range of hotel options, restaurants, and convenient access to the venue. Guests may also enjoy staying in Annapolis for a more scenic waterfront experience, or Baltimore’s Inner Harbor for additional dining and entertainment options. Celebrations at the Bay is located in Pasadena, Maryland, approximately: • 25–35 minutes from BWI Airport hotels • 30–40 minutes from Annapolis • 35–45 minutes from Baltimore Inner Harbor We recommend booking accommodations early, as hotel availability may become limited.
