Aaron and Chelsey met at a friends apartment in late 2009. Casey (Aaron's childhood friend) and Bryson (Chelsey's childhood friend) were getting married and they had all met up for some after work drinks. Initially, Aaron and Chelsey couldn't stand each other, until one fateful night in January 2010 when no one else wanted to hang out and they settled for each other's company. They ended up talking all night long while eating Casey's expired Planter's Deluxe Nuts, and had their first date in the Taco Bell drive through the next day :) Aaron gave Chelsey his number, and at the time neither thought she would use it...until two nights later when she got bored at work, and sent him a short text message from her flip phone (that was short enough her mom didn't get charged more than $0.10 per message). They went on their second date to LaBamba and sat there for 3 hours eating crappy burritos and stale chips and Chelsey made fun of his love for Rascall Flatts, while Aaron poked fun at her Dodge Stratus. He came over two nights later to watch a movie and never left-most likely because he loved her attic apartment with minimal heat, a dwarf-like bathroom, an oven that would catch on fire if you put a turkey in it, and no washer/dryer (hello laundromat). Now 14 years, 2 apartments, 3 houses, 15 cars, and the best doggos ever later, they've finally decided to make it official. ___ We can't wait to celebrate with those we love the most who have cheered us on all along <3 -A & C
