Wedding Attire

Our wedding will be formal wedding attire with a vintage flair; however, comfort comes first! Whether that's a suit, a flowing dress, or your favorite jeans and boots, wear what feels like you! We care far more about celebrating together than what you're wearing! Our colors for reference are olive green, black, rust, and taupe if you want to match the vibe.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Arrival time is 4:45-5:00 p.m. with the ceremony start time at 5:30 p.m. As vendors will be setting up, we ask that you do not arrive earlier in the day so that our vendors can get in and set-up without delay.

Food and Drinks

We will have our bar on site with bartenders immediately following the ceremony! Dinner will be catered and served after cocktail hour so come thirsty and hungry! We are planning for a party and won't let you down!

Are kids invited?

Want a date night? We support that! Want to bring the kids? We support that too! Although we prefer this to be a "date night" type of vibe, your presence at our wedding is what matters most and we completely understand that childcare isn't always available. Please be aware that the property borders the Trinity River and there is also an above ground pool. There will not be dedicated babysitters on site, so parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the evening. If you will be bringing children or anyone not on your RSVP list please text or call Becky so that we can have an accurate count for tables and food. Thank you!

Can I take Photos?

Absolutely! We just ask phones are kept on silent for the event! We will also have a photographer and videographer on site!

If you have a song recommendation or a song that means something to you, please add it under the RSVP section so we can get it added to the DJ's list! We want a fun night with music that everyone will enjoy!

Dogs & Critters

Answer

As much as we love our pets, we kindly ask that pets stay home for our wedding night. With vehicles and vendors that will be coming in and out throughout the evening, children present, and numerous rentals we've decided that the night will be safest and most enjoyable without pets on site. We have made arrangements for our own dogs to stay home with a pet sitter. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep the celebration simple and as stress-free as possible.
