Are kids invited?
Answer
We love you AND your children. We will leave this up to you. Want a night out with the family or a night off? Your choice! Please be sure to account for your child(ren) in your RSVP's so we can get a head count for our caterer.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation says "And Guest" then yes. If not, then we prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Dressy-Casual. We want you to feel good and be comfortable! It will be summer time in Western Mass so think light fabric and colors. Summer/sun dresses and flats/sandals/wedges. Kahakis, short sleeved collared shirts . There will be lawn games to enoy! We know you will look fabulous! xo

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
All at the same location at the Schuetzen Verein Pavillion, in Gill, MA.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Becky & Aaron will join guests immediately afterwards for cocktails, appetizers, hugs and cheers!
Question
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
We ask that our guests please reply on our wedding website, at the RSVP tab, before Saturday, August 13th. If you have any trouble, please call or text Becky @ 413-824-1117.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Guests will have access to a cash bar. Appetizers and a buffet dinner will be served following the ceremony.

Where are you registered?
Answer
We will not have a wedding registry. Your love, support and presence in our lives are all we want and will ask for. We may ask a few friends for a "gift of service" in helping with set up and take down the day of.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
We will ask guests to silence cell phones during the ceremony and reception. Becky and Aaron would like to be the first to share their photos with loved ones who are abset on their wedding day, and are asking guests to kindly refrain from postng photos on social media.

Where should guests park?
Answer
Parking will be very clearly marked and easy to find. You will be asked to park in a large flat field with a short walking distance to the pavillion and restrooms.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask guests to please arrive by 3:50pm to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

How do I get to the venue?

55 Barton Cove Rd Gill, MA 01354 *Plug this into your GPS* You will see a big brown sign on Rt. 2 "BARTON COVE"-- take that paved road all the way down through the camping sites. Follow the signs from there!
