Please still come! Dessert should be fun, communal, and low-pressure. Relax and have some cookies!
If you don't see a space to RSVP for a plus one, that means we're not anticipating an extra guest. If you think we probably meant to also invite your partner, please feel free to check in - you're probably right! We just want to make sure we have an accurate head count!
Maybe! We love your children, and are sure that they would be the life of the party. That said, most of the children attending the wedding are either family or in from out of town. If they're not listed in your RSVP, we haven't factored them into the headcount. If finding a babysitter for the evening is the roadblock that keeps you from attending, please reach out!
Glad you asked! It's...not great. There is very limited street parking, and it will be a (hopefully) beautiful summer Saturday at Laurelhurst Park, so you'll be competing with standard Park Folk (drum circles and slack lines as far as the eye can see). There is some parking in surrounding neighborhoods, but taking a Lyft/Uber/cab may be the best option for your sanity.
Good question! We will have an open bar offering beer and wine, and non-alcoholic options. Due to the iron-clad bylaws of the venue, liquor may not be served on the premises.
Delicious tacos from Tamale Boy! Meat and vegan options, plus their overwhelmingly good guacamole and some tasty sides (of course there will also be chips and salsa. We're building a life together - you think we wouldn't make sure to have a solid foundation of chips and salsa?).
Good news/terrible news: the World Naked Bike Ride is congregating at Laurelhurst Park the week AFTER our wedding.
We know! It’s terrible! DON’T PANIC! If you’re worried, please text our coordinator, Kira Atwood-Youngstrom: (802) 310-5414
