Join us for a relaxed afternoon gathering the day before the wedding! It’s the perfect chance to mingle, get to know each other, and share in the excitement as Anna spends her final hours as a Williams. Drinks will be provide.

Ceremony Details: We plan to exchange our vows on the beach, but if the weather is too windy, we'll move to the chapel for the ceremony. If the chapel is needed, wedding staff will provide golf cart transport for guests. Please plan to meet at 2:00 pm for pick-up. Schedule: 2:30 pm – Guests Arrive 3:00 pm – Wedding Ceremony Begins 3:30 pm – Ceremony Ends; Guests head to the Sundowner Deck for pre-dinner drinks and photos 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm – Canapés, Drinks, and Cake Cutting 4:30 pm - 5:50 pm – Photos with the Wedding Party 5:15 pm - 5:40 pm – Time for guests to freshen up, take children to nannies, or continue enjoying drinks 5:40 pm – Guests Arrive at the Reception Reception: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm – Reception Celebration 10:00 pm - 1:00 am – After Party at the Vakavanua Lounge We can't wait to celebrate with you!
