Yes! Feel free to bring your children! We will have little activity bags for kids to help keep them occupied in case they get bored. If you prefer a night out without the kids, that's fine also!
Short answer... no. Aaron and I have all that we could hope for just by having your presence here on our most important day. Gifts are not necessary. If you would like to get us something regardless, anything heartfelt or personalized is a wonderful idea as we are both sentimental individuals. We also would appreciate anything towards a honeymoon fund as we plan to do ALOT of traveling together.
Hunt Hill is a nature sanctuary. There is no smoking in any of the buildings. There is a designated smoking area on the grounds of the property. Please assure that your cigarette is fully put out after you are done smoking (we don't want a fire people) and pick up and throw your butts in the garbage. We want to keep the place as beautiful as it is and don't want to leave trash or cigarette butts around.
Hunt Hill does not carry a liquor license, so there will be no bartender on site. We are able to serve alcohol on the premises, free of charge. We will be providing a variety of beer, wine, and spritzers along with a his and hers signature drinks. If there is something specific you would like to drink, you are welcome to bring your own also.
We know that there are people coming from other states where marijuana is legal, and we know we have guests that just enjoy. There is no easy way to say it.... In Wisconsin it is still illegal. If you choose to imbibe, please do so prior to or after the wedding, or please leave the property temporarily if you must. There will be a staff member on site during the time of wedding, and we don't want to be thrown out because of one of our guests doing something illegal.
Please feel free to reach out to Aaron or Amy and we will make sure we get back to you promptly with an answer!
