Aaron and Aleena were first introduced in 2021 through Aaron's brother while Aleena and he were working on a music piece together. While they were friendly with one another, neither thought anything of it. It wasn't until a year later, when Aaron joined Aleena on the Esports team at Centralia College, that a few friendly conversations turned into flirtation and a quick attraction between the two. Aaron took Aleena on their first date on Valentine's Day at a local coffee shop after Esports practice, and the two have been inseparable ever since. After a wonderful first summer as a couple, the two were long-distance for a year while Aleena was at university in Tennessee. They spent many evenings on FaceTime, making memories despite the miles apart - it was then that they realized this relationship was marriage-bound. Finally, Aaron joined Aleena at university, and they spent an eventful three semesters together studying and going through the troubles of college together. What Aleena didn't know (or maybe had slight suspicions...) was that Aaron was planning a proposal over winter break following Aleena's college graduation. He popped the question on a hike, and of course, she said yes! Now, Aaron and Aleena will spend the next year long-distance as Aaron finishes university in Tennessee and Aleena remains in Washington.
