Where is the venue?
Answer
The wedding will take place at the Squantum Association. There will be signs indicating the venue. Once you turn in, please drive all the way down the road until you see the flagpost. You may park anywhere in that parking lot. The address for the venue is below for convenience. Squantum Association 947 Veterans Memorial Parkway Riverside, RI 02915

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please make sure to come a few minutes before that to ensure you have enough time to find a seat.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Black-tie optional. There are walkways with grass and gravel, please plan your shoes accordingly

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately, the space and venue are not kid friendly. With the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer, this will be an adult only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! There are multiple hotels in the area and we have blocked off some rooms at a discounted rate for you. Please see the Travel tab for further details and links to the discounted rates.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely. The menu is very flexible with vegan and gluten free options available. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What is available on the menu for dinner?

Salad Beet and Goat Cheese Salad - Mixed Greens, Candied Walnuts, and Balsamic Dressing GF option: Garden Salad Entrees: Stuffed Sole - Seafood and Cracker Stuffing Topped with Lobster Newburg Sauce Surf & Turf - Filet Mignon with Horseradish Cream & 2 Jumbo Baked Stuffed Shrimp > If you are gluten free, the horseradish cream will be served separately > If you have a shellfish allergy, the shrimp will be removed Vegetable Ravioli - Fire Roasted Vegetable Ravioli, Sundried Tomato Cream and Grilled Asparagus Grilled Vegetables and Quinoa (Vegan/GF) - Grilled Zucchini, Portobello, Red Peppers and Quinoa with Balsamic Reduction

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Yes, there are several parking lots at the venue. If the lower lots fill up, the upper lots will be available, and there will be a golf cart shuttle from the upper lots to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No, we will not have transportation available to and from the hotels, but there will be free parking at the venue. There are also many rideshare apps available such as Uber and Lyft.
