When should I RSVP by?

Please provide a RSVP by July 5, 2025.

What if I’m unsure if I can attend?

Answer

Please only select “yes” for guests who are confirmed to attend. If you have submitted your RSVP and your status changes for an unforeseen reason, please promptly inform the bride at alyssaangelica.r@gmail.com.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP page and enter your first and last name. After that, you will be prompted to select from the list of your invited guests to indicate whether each individual will be attending.

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we did not receive your RSVP by the provided date, it will automatically be marked “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the given timeframe. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow sufficient time to use the valet service provided by the bride and groom and to find your seat. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 2:00pm. Please visit our website for the most up-to-date timeline & information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking location: 16710 Martincoit Rd. Poway, CA 92064 Due to the private gated community, a valet service provided by the Bride & Groom is required to access the venue. Direct driving to the venue is not permitted. Please arrive at the valet location at least 20 minutes prior, as the ride to the venue takes about 6 minutes. Shuttles will be running throughout the night, so feel free to bring any belongings you may need; if you forget anything, you’re welcome to use the shuttle at any time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! We kindly request our guests to wear formal all-black attire. Please no white. Honorary attendants are requested to coordinate in a color selected by the bride and groom. Please note the venue is outdoor and has grass in the reception area.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We would love to include all children in our celebration, but due to limited capacity, it’s only possible to invite children of immediate family members. If your child is included in our invitation, we kindly ask that you closely supervise during both the ceremony and cocktail hour to avoid potential interruptions. Please note that for safety reasons, the venue does not permit children under 10 years old in the cocktail hour area. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We do not have a registry, but your presence is the most meaningful gift to us. If you would like to contribute, monetary gifts are appreciated.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Regrettably, we have reached the venue's maximum capacity due to the bride and groom's numerous relatives and loved ones. Unfortunately, no additional guests can be accommodated.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us. Please arrange transportation if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safe!

Could you provide any recommendations for nearby hotels?

Answer

We sincerely appreciate those traveling from afar to join us on our special day to celebrate our love. For your convenience, we recommend booking accommodations near Cheyenne Trail Poway, CA 92064.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Please note, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
