What’s the plan?

After you check into your cabin on Friday, we will be hosting a welcome party in the Ponca Creek Cabin with food and fun. On Saturday, you have the morning and early afternoon to relax and explore beautiful Ponca! The wedding ceremony and reception will be held that evening at the main cabin. Who can I bring?

Only the people named on the invitation or RSVP link should be present at the wedding and reception. While we would love to include every possible person, strict venue limitations do not allow. We hope that you respect our wishes of keeping the guest list limited and private. If you have any questions please reach out!

This area is very remote, but the cabins are equipped with wifi. You probably won't have signal driving around the area. We highly recommend you download the driving directions!

We will provide food at the main cabin on Friday night and at the reception Saturday evening. We will also provide beer and wine but feel free to BYOB! The Buffalo Outdoor Center store is located on the main road and has a lot to offer! Try their breakfast burritos, deli sandwiches, pizza for lunch on Saturday! The store carries a selection of pantry staples, including butter, milk, soda, popular canned good items, ice and ice cream. However, Ponca does not have a full-scale grocery store, so you will want to bring fresh meat like steaks and hamburgers, as well as fresh produce with you. Or, plan to shop in nearby Jasper (14 miles) or Harrison (25 miles) for them. Need alcohol? We recommend you grab it on your way into Ponca. Since it is a dry county. The nearest beer and wine is available in Harrison, about 25 minutes from Ponca. Shaker Beverage Shoppe in Harrison has a nice variety of beverages, including an extensive wine collection.
