For flights, the nearest airport is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Friends & Family coming from Viroqua, there are direct flights through Delta from MSP to SJD. Friends & Family coming from Kansas City, there are direct flights through Southwest from MCI to SJD. It is recommended that your passport should have at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of your entry or departure to or from the international destination.
